On behalf of a private investor we have recently completed the letting of the former Three store on Wembley High Road to The Sushi Co, a “Grab and Go” Sushi restaurant chain with 30 stores in Greater London and the south-east.
After being recommended to the client by another agent, we undertook a wide reaching marketing campaign where good interest was received and multiple offers were generated, resulting in a rent being agreed that was 30% ahead of the previous rent.
