WPC recently acted on behalf of a Channel Island Based Trust in the rent reviews of the M&S Simply Food in East Dulwich and the Co-Op and Papa Johns Pizza in Weymouth. It is always nice to retain an involvement in properties for clients throughout their ownership, having acquired the Weymouth property off market for them in 2018 and having had some involvement in the East Dulwich block for the developer before my client bought the property from them.
